If service execution has already begun, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the portion already completed before issuing the refund.
5. Completed Services:
Refunds cannot be issued for services that have been fully executed or delivered as agreed.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7–14 business days after the refund request is approved.
- Any transfer fees or administrative charges may be deducted depending on the payment method used.
